RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Thank you for supporting Junie + Belle, we trust you love your pieces.

Junie + Belle allows customers to exchange or receive store credit for items returned within 7 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, in their original condition with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless an error has occurred at the fault of Junie + Belle. We suggest using tracked postage to avoid lost parcels, as Junie + Belle does not accept liability for lost items.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Items purchased on sale, promotional items or free gifts are also ineligible for return.

Junie + Belle does not offer refunds, except in cases where an item is deemed faulty due to manufacturing issues. Under consumer law, we reserve the right to assess and determine any faults before processing refunds. We do not offer refunds for general wear and tear and ask that you please care for your jewellery following our care instructions.
